Do You Use This Book?

I sure do. There are a whole bunch of other people that use it too, and some of them have been nice enough to leave kind words about it (read their testimonials on this page). [Insert shot of me using the book at the gym]

Is this a physical book?

It sure is. Made from trees, paper and brawn! In an age where everything has gone digital its nice to still be able to touch the product your using.

Why not an app?

Maybe one day. The thought of using a cell phone at the gym is slightly revolting to use. Nobody likes this person—

Why is this product any different from the other books out there?

The book was initially designed for myself. I was looking for something other than an app (didn’t want to bring my phone to the gym), and I wasn’t happy with any of the log books out there. (insert picture of Amazon books). I have the wasted $120 here to prove it!

When is the best time to use YWB?

Between sets. This way everything is as accurate as possible. As amazing as we like to think our memory is, given enough time that little seed of doubt almost always starts to pop up. (“Did I do 6 reps at 235 or was it 225…?”) Write it down as quick as you can to insure accurate record-keeping.

Do I have to be a pro bodybuilder to use this?

Heck no. This book is geared for the average dude that hits the gym 4-5 times per week and wants to get their body to the next level. The best part about YourWorkoutBook is that it is one-size-fits-most.  While competitive bodybuilders might not find use for it, it’s perfect for the rest of us.

Do I have to fill in absolutely everything?

Nope. Use what you need to be successful. Even for myself, my OCD’ness varies from day to day. Sometimes I don’t have enough room to jot down notes, measurements and stats, while others there’s plenty of white space.
